Data Deletion Request

You can request permanent deletion of all your AC4M4U data at any time. This page explains exactly what we collect, what gets removed, and how to make the request.

What AC4M4U collects

AC4M4U is an AI marketing tool for small businesses. To provide the service, we collect a small amount of account and integration data: your name and email address, your subscription plan, the marketing campaigns and social posts you create inside the app, and the access tokens we receive when you connect a social account (Facebook Page, Instagram, Twitter / X, LinkedIn, or Reddit). Tokens are stored encrypted at rest and are only used to publish the posts you ask us to publish.

How to request deletion

Email us from your account address

  1. Send an email to the address below from the same email address you use to sign in to your AC4M4U account.
  2. Use the subject line Data Deletion Request
  3. We'll reply to confirm receipt and finish the deletion within 30 days.

Processed within 30 days

Once we receive your request, we'll permanently delete your data within 30 days. We'll send a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.

What gets permanently removed

A data deletion request will permanently remove all of the following from our systems. This action cannot be undone.

  • Your AC4M4U account and login credentials
  • All marketing campaigns you have created
  • All scheduled and posted social posts
  • All connected social account tokens (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter / X, LinkedIn, Reddit)
  • All AI-generated drafts and SEO analyses tied to your account

Disconnecting an individual social account from inside the dashboard also removes that platform's stored tokens immediately, without affecting the rest of your account.
